Fellow & Creator Agreement Summary
Digital signature summary · Signed during admission acceptance · Version 1.0.0
1. Purpose & Digital Execution
Upon receiving an official admission offer, admitted Tech Fellows and approved Qwantom Creators review and execute the full legal agreement electronically (storing typed legal name, IP address, timestamp, and version hash). This page provides a plain-language summary of core contractual covenants.
2. Three-Way Revenue Share Model
Commercial MVP project compensation is distributed fairly across three key parties:
- The Fellow or Creator: Direct compensation for project milestones delivered.
- QwantomAfrica: Platform infrastructure, vetting, and coordination.
- SeeliconGate: Strategic ecosystem partner support.
The fellow dashboard tracks project assignments and status milestones only; detailed financial settlements follow individual statement of work (SOW) releases.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention
Fellows and Creators agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client codebases, architectures, and business information. Under no circumstances may a Fellow or Creator contact, solicit, or accept direct private contracts from clients introduced by QwantomAfrica without written authorization.
4. Intellectual Property & Work-Made-for-Hire
All software, designs, and media deliverables created specifically for client placements constitute work-made-for-hire and belong entirely to the client upon full milestone settlement. Fellows retain ownership of any pre-existing code libraries and portfolios.
5. Creative Clauses (Qwantom Creators)
For Qwantom Creators participating in photo, video, and drone shoots:
- Creators are responsible for the safe operation of their owned equipment.
- Drone pilots must operate in compliance with Nigerian civil aviation safety regulations.
- Delivery of raw project footage and master editing project files is mandatory per assignment brief.
6. Non-Guarantee of Placement
Completion of the mentorship program does not automatically guarantee a commercial client project. Placement opportunities are awarded based strictly on technical competence, reliable communication, and matching client criteria.
