Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026 · Version 1.0.0
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an application or participating in the QwantomAfrica Tech Talent Fellow Cohort or Qwantom Creators program (powered by QwantomAfrica, in partnership with SeeliconGate), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not apply or use our services.
2. Nature of the Program
QwantomAfrica scouts, vets, and mentors technical and creative talent. Applications are completely free of charge. Admission is competitive for each cohort intake. Acceptance into the program does not constitute an employment contract with QwantomAfrica or SeeliconGate.
3. Fees & Payment
No fee is required to apply, take the technical assessment, or interview. Admitted Tech Fellows are required to pay a program mentorship fee of $200 USD only after an official admission offer is extended. Qwantom Creators participate with zero tuition fees. Fees are handled securely through Paystack.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention
To protect our clients, fellows, and ecosystem partners, strict non-circumvention rules apply. Fellows and Creators may not solicit, circumvent, or enter into direct contractual relationships with clients introduced through QwantomAfrica without written consent. All commercial arrangements must be processed through the platform.
5. Placement Disclaimer
Placement is not guaranteed. While QwantomAfrica matches fellows and creators with real client MVP projects from the UK, US, Canada, and Nigeria, matching depends strictly on client demand, required tech stacks, and individual fellow performance.
6. Intellectual Property
All client deliverables and MVP code produced during commercial placements belong to the respective client upon milestone settlement. Pre-existing materials, curriculum, and internal portal tooling remain the proprietary intellectual property of QwantomAfrica.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
