1. Overview of Fees
Submitting an application, completing the technical screening, and attending interviews for QwantomAfrica are completely free. You will never be charged before receiving a formal offer of admission.
Admitted Tech Fellows pay a single tuition fee of $200 USD (with local currency indicative equivalent displayed). This fee exclusively covers the 2-week intensive mentorship program and ecosystem resources.
2. Full Refund Cutoff Date
You are entitled to a 100% full refund if you request cancellation prior to the officially scheduled mentorship start date.
To request a pre-start cancellation, email admissions@qwantomafrica.com with your Paystack payment reference and full name. Approved refunds are initiated by the administration directly through Paystack back to the original funding card or bank account within 3 to 5 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Period
Once the 2-week mentorship program begins, all payments are strictly non-refundable. Because cohort seats are capped at exactly 5 fellows per track, an enrolled fellow occupies a dedicated seat that cannot be reallocated after the cohort start date.
4. Placement Non-Guarantee
Placement is never guaranteed.
The $200 fee covers the 2-week mentorship, technical audits, and evaluation into the active fellow pool. In accordance with Section 2 of our product specification, QwantomAfrica does not guarantee commercial job or project placement, as project assignments depend on commercial client criteria.
